Returns & Exchanges
At MAGNA-TILES, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
To start a return, log in to your account, go to your order history, and submit a return request directly from your order. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label by email or provide a link for you to print it.
Checked out as a guest? No problem, if you have the email address used for your order, you’re still eligible to request a return.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase or delivery for most items. Returns must be from within the U.S. and include valid proof of purchase.
Please note that we charge a flat fee of $6.99 to the cost of return shipments.
Eligible Items
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns and exchanges are not available for gift recipients.
Unopened Items
- Must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
- Eligible for a *full refund. (*full refund applies to the cost of the product only and does not include shipping)
- Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility depending on the reason for return.
Opened Items
- May be exchanged only.
- Must include the original receipt or packing slip.
- Exchanges must be requested within 90 days.
Proof of Purchase
We accept the following:
- Order number
- Original packing slip
- Email confirmation/receipt
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping and Return Adjustments
Orders that qualify for free shipping with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more are subject to review if items are returned. If a return causes the order total to fall below the $50 free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us. We’ll help you with a replacement or resolution.
Stolen Package Policy
While we are not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation, we are here to assist:
- Delivery Confirmation
Packages are considered delivered when marked as such by the carrier. - Reporting a Stolen Package
Report suspected theft within 5 business days of the confirmed delivery date by contacting Customer Support. - Investigation Process
We will:
- Verify delivery with the carrier
- Request you check with neighbors/building staff
- File a claim with the carrier if needed
- Resolution
- If confirmed stolen: We may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
- If undelivered per carrier: We’ll send a replacement at no charge.
- Customer Responsibility
We recommend using a secure delivery location and adding drop-off instructions if necessary. - Disclaimer
