Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (8:30 am-3:30pm CST), excluding holidays, and ship from our warehouse in Bolingbrook, Illinois (ZIP code 60440).
Delivery Timeframes
- Contiguous U.S.: Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- P.O. Boxes: Delivered via U.S. Postal Service.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous U.S.—no code required. The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and promotions are applied. Choosing an expedited shipping method will incur additional charges.

We offer the following UPS services:
- Free Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

- UPS Next Day Air Saver®: Next business day

International Orders
Orders shipping outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges.
Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. (Tracking may not be available for USPS shipments.)
Returns & Exchanges
At MAGNA-TILES, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase or delivery for most items. Returns must be from within the U.S. and include valid proof of purchase.
Eligible Items
- Only items purchased directly from magnatiles are eligible.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns and exchanges are not available for gift recipients.
Unopened Items
- Must be returned in original, unopened packaging.
- Eligible for a full refund.
- Return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility depending on the reason for return.
Opened Items
- May be exchanged only.
- Must include the original receipt or packing slip.
- Exchanges must be requested within 90 days.
Proof of Purchase
We accept the following:
- Order number
- Original packing slip
- Email confirmation/receipt
Shipping and Return Adjustments
Orders that qualify for free shipping with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more are subject to review if items are returned. If a return causes the order total to fall below the $50 free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us. We’ll help you with a replacement or resolution.
Stolen Package Policy
While we are not responsible for packages after delivery confirmation, we are here to assist:
- Delivery Confirmation
Packages are considered delivered when marked as such by the carrier. - Reporting a Stolen Package
Report suspected theft within 5 business days of the confirmed delivery date by contacting Customer Support. - Investigation Process
We will:
- Verify delivery with the carrier
- Request you check with neighbors/building staff
- File a claim with the carrier if needed
- Resolution
- If confirmed stolen: We may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
- If undelivered per carrier: We’ll send a replacement at no charge.
- Customer Responsibility
We recommend using a secure delivery location and adding drop-off instructions if necessary. - Disclaimer
MAGNA-TILES is not liable for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Shipping Address Correction Policy
We understand that mistakes can happen when entering shipping details. If you’ve submitted an incorrect delivery address with your order, please review our policy below:
Important Notes:
- We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
- If your order has already been dispatched, you may be responsible for any additional fees related to return-to-sender shipments or re-delivery.
- MAGNA-TILES is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address submissions.
Address Correction Fee:
A fee will be applied to your order for any address correction that requires rerouting, reshipping, or manual carrier updates.
- This fee may fluctuate depending on the carrier, shipping method, new address location and/or the timing of the correction.
- We will notify you of the applicable fee before proceeding with the change.
How to Request an Address Change:
